Will the Minister of PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS be pleased to state:-
(a) the details of storage, terminal and progress of Paradip-Haldia-Barauni oil pipeline and Jagdishpur-Dharma project;
(b) whether high altitude remote location areas of the country are in crisis of kitchen, motor and shortage of fuels due to road blockage and landslides;
(c) if so, the details thereof along with any proposal of the Government to fill up depot storage to achieve the target operation of ‘Advance Winter Stocking’; and
(d) the details of consumption of fuel and storage capacity and reserves as on last day of November, 2018?

(a) Paradip-Haldia-Barauni oil pipeline (PHBPL) having a capacity of 15.2 MMTPA is a 1447 km. long operating pipeline of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) delivering crude oil to refineries at Haldia and Barauni. Crude oil storage tanks operated by Pipeline Division of IOCL at Paradip and Haldia have a gross capacity of 1163 TKL and 480 TKL, respectively.
GAIL (India) Ltd. is laying 2655 km. long Jagadishpur-Haldia-Bokaro-Dhamra Natural Gas Pipeline (JHBDPL). As on 30-11-2018, Phulpur to Varanasi Section has been commissioned.
(b) & (c) OMCs have informed that there is no shortage of fuels in high altitude remote location areas of the country due to road blockages or landslides. Advance Winter Stocking for meeting MS/SKO/HSD/ATF/LPG for meeting the requirement has been done.
(d) Details of supply of consumption of fuels, storage capacity and reserves as on 30th November, 2018 on all India basis are as under:
