THE MINISTER OF RAILWAYS (SHRI NITISH KUMAR): I
beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to authorise payment and appropriation
of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services
of the financial year 1999-2000 for the purposes of Railways.
MR. SPEAKER: The question is:
"That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to
authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 1999-2000 for
the purposes of Railways."
